Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 6th day of November 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that High Country Farm Limited be liquidated and that Garth Frank Barlow,
of Barlow Lendrum, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of November 2002.
