Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Mark David Stevens, accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on the 24th day of January 2002 at 12.00 midday.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The 18th day of February 2002, is hereby fixed as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Act.
