Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of November 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Wemyss Farm Company Limited be liquidated and that Mark Philip Irving, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced at New Plymouth on the 1st day of November 2002 at 12.00 midday.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 29th day of November 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
