Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 4th day of November 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Communication Linking Group Limited be liquidated and that Jennifer Mary Gillies, chartered accountant of Walker Dick & Associates, Chartered Accountants Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of November 2002.
