Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that John Huntsbry Midgley, chartered accountant of Midgley Partners, was appointed liquidator of Wilkie Developments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of November 2002.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
the 8th day of December 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
