Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The Companies Act 1993 and Charitable Trusts Act 1957
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Christchurch dated the 29th day of October 2002, Bruce Donald Gemmell
and Peter William Young, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of October 2002 at 10.22 a.m.
The liquidators do hereby fix the 20th day of November 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit
of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
