Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 29th day of October 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that South Seas Developments Limited be liquidated and that Joseph Richard Tristan Dean, chartered accountant of Albany, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of October 2002 at 3.00 p.m.
This is the liquidation of a solvent company and the directors have signed a solvency certificate.
