Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of October 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that
Brett Hoddle, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that I, as liquidator, have fixed the 13th day of December 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, pursuant to sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
