Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 21st day of October 2002 at 11.00 a.m., when the members appointed Grant Robert Graham and Stephen Mark Lawrence liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
The last day for receiving proofs of debt is Friday, the 15th day of November 2002.
