Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 29th day of October 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Ugbrooke Limited be liquidated and that Martin Quinton Fine, solicitor of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of October 2002 at 4.30 p.m.
The liquidator fixes the 6th day of December 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
