Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, John M. Scutter, chartered accountant of Active Chartered Accountants, was appointed liquidator of Innovus Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of October 2002.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
