Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 21st day of October 2002 at 11.20 a.m., Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of October 2002 at 11.20 a.m.
