Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The Companies Act 1993
On the 15th day of October 2002 at 12.30 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Bruce David Gemmell, of KPMG, Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 15th day of October 2002 at 12.30 p.m.
The directors have resolved that the companies will be able to pay their debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, copies of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidator does hereby fix Tuesday, the 12th day of November 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit
of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claims is established.
