Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that by special resolution, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders have unanimously resolved that the company be liquidated and that Giles Grimmett, of Leithbridge Consultancy Limited, be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of October 2002 at 11.00 a.m., pursuant to section 282 of the Act.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidator seeks to dispense with a creditors' meeting.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Creditors are invited to contact the liquidator as soon as possible to establish their claims and priority.
