Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of October 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that iMatix Corporation (NZ) Limited be liquidated and that Hamish Craig Edwards, chartered accountant of Edwards Accounting Limited, Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day October 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Prior to the appointment of the liquidator, a director's resolution confirming that the company would be able to pay its debts was lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
