Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Geoffrey William Kiddle, chartered accountant of Kendons Chartered Accountants Limited, was appointed liquidator of Troon Holdings Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of October 2002 at 9.30 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 11th day of November 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
