Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Gardenview Elderly Care Centre Limited, Largs Holdings Limited (formerly trading as Carrington Rest Home), Telford Rest Home & Hospital Limited, Caprell Enterprises Limited (formerly trading as Stokeswood Rest Home) and Riverview Rest Home Limited (all in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of October 2002 at 11.00 a.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies pursuant to a special resolution entered into the companies' minute books.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of October 2002.
The liquidators fix the 15th day of November 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
