Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Gary Traveller, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed as liquidator of Cousino Developments Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 7th day of October 2002 at 10.18 a.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of Cousino Developments Limited, I fix the 31st day of October 2002, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims made, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
