Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that on the 7th day of October 2002
at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by a special shareholders' resolution that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Bannister Nominees Limited be liquidated and Olo Brown, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of October 2002.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 7th day of November 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
