Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company on the 25th day of January 2002, appointed Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Goldsmith Fox PKF, Christchurch, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of January 2002 at 9.45 a.m.
Any queries by creditors or the shareholder may be directed to the liquidator.
The company has no recorded liabilities other than to the shareholder.
