Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, Daniel Perry Johnson, chartered accountant of Yovich Hayward Pevats Johnston Limited, was appointed liquidator of Whangarei Storage Facilities Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of September 2002 at 12.00 midday.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 31st day of October 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
