Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Dennis Clifford Parsons, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of Matihao Limited (in liquidation) (previously known as First Pacific Investments Limited) and Maperetahi Limited (in liquidation) (previously known as Equiti Limited) on the 1st day of October 2002 at 10.05 a.m. and 10.10 a.m. respectively, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
