Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Legend Balustrades Limited
(in liquidation) and Janna Motor Holdings Limited
(in receivership and in liquidation) on the 3rd day of October 2002 at 10.10 a.m. and 10.50 a.m. respectively, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
