On the 21st day of September 2002, it was resolved that Seven M Limited, Dunedin, be liquidated and that Paul Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of October 2002.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
