Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Mosgiel Taxis Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 18th day of September 2002, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of September 2002 at 1.00 p.m.
