(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch on the 12th day of August 2002, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of August 2002
