Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Crofts Bakery Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 12th day of August 2002, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of August 2002
at 6.00 p.m.
