Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Subsequent to the directors filing a resolution as to solvency, Richard Dale Agnew and David Bryden Davidson, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholder on the 1st day of October 2002 at 11.10 a.m., the date and time the liquidation commenced.
