Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
By resolution of the shareholder dated the 27th day of September 2002 and timed at 5.12 p.m., Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the 27th day of November 2002.
