Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 25th day of September 2002 at 9.30 a.m., the directors of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Michael John Keyse, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
