Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by order of the court,
the above-named company, in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, is to be wound up and that David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, have been appointed as joint and individual liquidators of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of September 2002 at 9.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of
the company during normal business hours to Mike Tinkler.
The liquidators do hereby fix the 28th day of October 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
