Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Richard Simpson and Ronald Walton, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of Trebe NZ Limited on the 18th day of September 2002 at 3.45 p.m., by special resolution of the shareholders of the company at which time the liquidation commenced.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
There will be no meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 18th day of October 2002, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
