Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 23rd day of January 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Werlinton Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Marvin Andrew Cathey, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of January 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator of Werlinton Holdings Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 23rd day of February 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
