Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company on the 19th day of January 2002 at 12.30 p.m., passed a special resolution appointing Colin Ian Devcich, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the company.
