Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is given that by special resolution passed on the 12th day of September 2002, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company was placed in liquidation and Paul Mervyn Collins, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator for the purpose.
A solvency certificate, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been filed by the directors.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of September 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
