Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Richard Simpson, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Eastbourne Electronics Limited on the 9th day of September 2002 at 10.20 a.m., by order of the High Court, at which time the liquidation commenced.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
There will be no meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed the 11th day of October 2002, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
