Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole give notice that we were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company on the 29th day of August 2002 at 3.30 p.m., by shareholder special resolution pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 28th day of September 2002, as the day on or before which creditors
of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
