Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Taupo Projects Limited, Rosetown Holdings Limited and Ruakiwi Developments Limited
(all in liquidation) on the 9th day of September 2002 at 11.35 a.m., 11.37 a.m. and 11.39 a.m. respectively, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
