Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 5th day of September 2002 at 6.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of
the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that the company be wound up voluntarily and Anthony C. Harris be appointed
as liquidator.
Pursuant to section 245 (1) (b) of the Act, the liquidator proposes not to call a meeting of creditors of the company at this stage.
The liquidator fixes the 30th day of September 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
