Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 18th day of January 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that Katui Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that Clyde Colson be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of January 2002 at 9.00 a.m.
