Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
By resolution of the shareholders dated the 3rd day of September 2002 and timed at 11.30 a.m., Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the 3rd day of October 2002.
