Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that by way of resolution of
the company's board of directors, in accordance with the company's constitution, Rodney Gane Pardington and Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company on the 2nd day of September 2002 at 2.00 p.m.,
at which time the liquidation commenced.
A resolution as to the solvency of the company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland.
The liquidators hereby fix Thursday, the 26th day of September 2002, as the day on or before which the
creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
