Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 2nd day of September 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Pinnacle Couriers Limited be liquidated and that Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of September 2002 at 9.30 a.m.
