On the 21st day of August 2002, it was resolved that Tuapeka Rural Contracting Limited be liquidated and
that Paul Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of August 2002.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me
during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able
to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993,
a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the
Registrar of Companies.
