Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 19th day of August 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that International Motorsport
New Zealand Limited be liquidated and that Richard James Spicer, of SPICERS, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of August 2002 at 1.00 p.m.
