Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 20th day of August 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Taurus Securities Limited be liquidated and that Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of August 2002 at 9.20 a.m.
