Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 30th day of July 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Farm Machinery Services Limited be liquidated and that Peter Charleton, chartered accountant of Stratford, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of July 2002.
