Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on the 21st day of August 2002 at 9.20 a.m., when the members appointed Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
