Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Brett Lachlan Campbell, chartered accountant of Hudson Kasper was appointed liquidator of Trevor Savill & Associates Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of August 2002 at 10.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 9th day of September 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
