Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of August 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Torena Orchard Limited be liquidated and that Peter Jackson, chartered accountant of Hastings, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 30th day of September 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
